Each day we are given a chance to plant some seeds. At the end of the day, I ask myself what seeds have I planted to grow the world.
Each of us get to create the world we want to live into. Of course, it will rarely be the world we imagine. There are so many variables out of our control. But we each have seeds to plant to see how they will grow.
To draw from the Earth is a way of grounding ourselves so that we can offer our gifts of love each day. This can be eating whole foods the Earth has provided. This can be spiritually grounding yourself to the land that is so life-giving to you. This can be deepening your roots in community.
Each of us were born to play our small part. The ego sometimes wants a bigger role in the story. Yet it is enough to give our small acts of love each day to our families, friends, work or social communities. The ripples here will be big enough. And in the end, you will not always see the fruits of your labors, but I can promise you love will endure. This is both the science and the spirituality of energy. Energy endures as does the love you offer.

It’s so many little things
That we choose to bring to life.
Millions of seeds we plant
While dancing on the edge of knife.
Life can be so challenging sometimes
And also a beautiful adventure ride.
Each little act of kindness
Enables our hearts to open wide.
So gather up your gifts
And bring them to the table.
Draw deep from your community
And do what you are able.
For the seeds that you have planted
Some will surely grow.
Much of their fruition
You will never really know.
