In this day and age, where we are free to speak our minds and hearts, how can common sense and truthfulness rise up above the noise of so many voices speaking at once.
If everyone is speaking their voice and sharing their opinion and yet if no one is listening, that too, becomes a form of oppression.
Real dialogue requires us to listen to all the different truths and create a community of truth based on the collective wisdom offered.
These days, we offer much information with our voices but we are often overwhelmed with so much information that wisdom seems hard to discern.
To understand wisdom we must draw from our past experiences and build on our shared values towards a common future.
Yet it is hard to do so, when we have never experienced the future we would most like to live into.
To create a collective holistic story where everyone sees their truths embedded in the narrative takes time and facilitation, but this first step is at the heart of where dialogue begins.
Let us teach our children how to think and feel holistically so that we can better see the whole system and imagine the future together. In this way we can find solutions where your voice really does matter.
And a life-giving future has a chance to walk through an opened door.
